Gravity Global is the world’s most awarded B2B marketing communications agency. Headquartered in London and with offices across the UK, we are growing fast and looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Strategist to support our friendly Performance Marketing team in Norwich.
You will be the main point of contact between clients and our internal delivery teams (Paid Digital, SEO, CRO, Data, Content Marketing and Digital PR), managing the delivery of best-in-market digital strategies to achieve client business goals – as well as contribute towards the commercial objectives of the agency.
You’ll ideally have a background in digital marketing strategy, however wider Client Services or marketing project management backgrounds would also be considered. Either way, it’s absolutely essential you have experience of working in fast-paced agency environments.
You will be excellent at Account Management/Client Services, have an eye for opportunity spotting with great attention to detail, and ideally, have experience in delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns from brief to completion.
2+ years of working on digital platforms, ideally in an ad operations role either in-house or within an agency environment, however this is not a requirement University degree in Maths, Science or Business-related fields Experience working with Analytics tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded Technical proficiency with a high capacity for problem solving Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies

The role will provide room for growth and the opportunity to be involved in diverse and challenging projects for a range of globally recognised brands.
As a result of the continued new business wins, the paid digital marketing team is actively recruiting multiple roles responsible for delivering effective paid digital campaigns for agency clients, encompassing:
Campaign set-up and execution across Google Ads Social media advertising, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Reddit, TikTok and SnapChat (for both direct response and brand awareness) Programmatic advertising via DV360 Media planning using GWI, desktop research and data planning by plugging into historical campaign data The role is an important part of multi-disciplinary campaign teams encompassing content marketing, data and insights, digital PR, SEO and paid digital. You will typically be working alongside a strategist who oversees a client campaign strategy or working independently on the media strategy dependent on client requirements.
You will have an excellent technical and practical understanding of paid search and other forms of digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. As well as being passionate about digital marketing with a strong analytical ability, you will be able to confidently research, create and present paid digital strategies to both colleagues and clients.
**You will be self-motivated, analytical, highly educated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers. A current Google Ads Individual Qualification would be expected, and experience with either paid social or programmatic advertising would be advantageous. **
