National World has launched a self-serve advertising platform to allow digital marketing agencies to buy our quality digital portfolio.

Combining first party data and brand analytics this platform is the best available in the UK today. We are seeking a self motivated, organised and commercially minded candidate to be part of our exciting go-to-market.

The role is suitable for someone with in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape - ideally gained in a digital marketing sales environment or alternatively someone who has worked in a client facing role in a digital marketing agency and is ready to take the next step.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively seeking out new digital prospects in the digital agency market to find and secure high value new business.
  • Maintain a workable plan that includes the most important prospects, with a clear sales strategy to develop strong connections and generate revenue.
  • Using the vast portfolio of our products including display, video, content, social, websites, and ppc to generate long term revenue.
  • Develop long term connections with digital agency owners and media buyers in your territory.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience, effective account management, measuring ROI, and generating revenue growth within your customer base.
  • Report your sales activity, KPIs, sales pipeline, and customer prospecting activity to the company on a weekly basis in a way that is accurate, understandable, and thorough.

The Candidate

We are seeking ambitious, driven candidates who have a proven sales track record. You should be a self-starter, and excited by the opportunity to be involved in this project.

Key Experience/Characteristics:

  • A results-driven, passionate, dynamic individual with a consultative approach.
  • Successful new business development experience and demonstrable revenue growth within a territory.
  • Previous experience gained selling digital advertising solutions throughout the portfolio of - display, video, social, search, content & ppc.
  • Google accredited or willingness to undergo this training.
  • Excellent presentation, sales skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions & campaign performance results.
  • You will understand the value of establishing client needs via a strong fact find, and have excellent prospecting, networking,and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience working on digital campaigns, and maximising revenue opportunities
