We've been a growing agency since 2015, and are looking for an exceptional account manager to join our Manchester team, bringing joy to our clients.

If you are someone who loves taking control of projects, liaising with clients, putting forward ideas for growth, and developing outstanding social media campaigns then this is the perfect opportunity for you.  You'll be joining a passionate, hard-working, and dependable team working with well-known charities and brands in the UK, USA and Europe.

What we need you to have:

  • 2 years experience in a senior account executive or management position with a social media, PR, or digital agency.
  • Proven knowledge of social media strategies, features and campaign tactics.

What we would love you to do:

  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis - we're looking for someone who loves working with people.
  • Manage external freelancers, assigning relevant experts to projects.
  • Blow the socks off marketing managers, leading new project pitches.
  • Produce weekly and monthly account reports - show clients how our hard work has improved campaign performance.
  • Work with the company CEO to generate ideas for client account growth - put forward your ideas for future activity.
