We believe in integrated communications, creating attention-grabbing campaigns for our clients which are always rooted in clever data and smart analytics.

Through our Creative Intelligence™ model, we take the time to truly understand the needs of each client we work with. We put together campaigns across multiple channels to help them stand out from the crowd, and we measure and evaluate everything we do to keep on improving.

Our mission is to create meaningful change for our clients and that applies to our team too – we work hard to promote a culture that is inclusive with our team’s wellbeing at the heart of everything.

About the role

Account Directors at No Brainer are key members of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to make important decisions on the future direction of the agency. You need to be a strategic thinker and someone who leads by example.

  • Build strong, mutually positive relationships with designated clients, establishing a solid rapport to support client retention
  • Apply No Brainer’s ‘Creative Intelligence’ model to all client accounts with a clear grasp of each element

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of activities, trends, and issues for every client you lead on
  • Comfortable using a range of digital tools, from social media platforms to media monitoring; audience mapping to analytics.
  • Generate new business leads and support the agency in pitching for potential clients
  • Ensure accounts are being run effectively and profitably, also identifying growth opportunities within current clients

The experience we need

  • Proven experience managing a team working in an agency environment or in-house

  • Knowledge of working with B2C and B2B brands
  • Track record of successfully managing client relationships
