Job Description

We’re on a mission to be the most famous agency in the North. Famous for working with brilliant clients and delivering outstanding work.

That starts with our marketing and sales activity, where building fame and following is the first step to generating growth. 

We need a highly experienced Growth Director to strategically guide us through that process, leading the sales and marketing activity of the business working with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll have agency experience and a track record of making growth happen. You’ll also have experience in at least one of our specialists of Media, Digital and PR. 

Boutique is guided by both our internal Principles and our external Brand Values, we believe rallying around these will allow us to reach our purpose of ‘Realise your potential’ for each of our clients and every member of our team. 

Brand Values driving what you’ll do: 


  • Create a bold marketing plan, incorporating events, content and partnerships that will make us famous 
  • Devise a plan to get our people and expertise seen and heard in the right places 


  • You’ll always be moving and shaking to build new contacts for our database 
  • You’ll ensure we lead, not follow


  • Break new ground in how we market ourselves as an agency 
  • Shake up our outbound process, select partners or recruit and build your own team 
  • Create clear space between us and our competitors
