Only the Brave (OTB) is an exciting and growing strategic brand and creative content agency based in Sheffield. And we’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager wanting to take the next step.
Part of our Client Service team, you’ll work closely with key clients to understand their business objectives and offer commercial, strategic and creative input. Reporting to the Senior Account Director and alongside our strategic and creative teams, you’ll help deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
We need someone who can:
- Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day-to-day client communication.
- Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand your clients’ business and objectives and input strategically to develop creative briefs.
- Workflow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed.
- Have fun whilst doing all of the above.
You’re our kind of Account Manager if you can:
- Demonstrate your experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment, experience of working FMCG brands is advantageous.
- Management of integrated campaigns, brand strategy, conceptual creative, video, digital and social production.
- Thrive on the hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management.
- Be an excellent communicator in every sense.
- Are pro-active,entrepreneurial and ready to get stuck in.
