Job Description
Supporting the Account Directors you’ll help to provide our clients with a brilliant experience day in, day out.
An expert at building relationships, you’re comfortable taking the lead and partnering with clients and internal teams, building trust and confidence as you go to develop and deliver projects of all shapes and sizes, from building media campaigns to managing careers websites, social media strategies, employer brand research and lots more.
It can also get very busy at times, as projects, like buses, have a habit of all arriving at the same time. So, you’ll need to be well organised and calm under pressure. Being a champion at best practice and process means you can keep everything ticking along smoothly while being meticulous with the detail.
We’re big on development (in an on-the-job kinda way), but we’ll also expect you to show plenty of initiative, staying curious about our clients and the industry, open to learning new things every day and able to adapt to different scenarios.
That’s why this is a role that really suits someone who likes lots of variety, loads of pace, enjoys developing others and is always willing to collaborate.
Qualifications
Experience of working in an agency or an advertising or communications environment is what we’re looking for - someone who is structured, organised and can work at pace. You’ll also be comfortable chatting to people on video chat, email and on the phone. You’ll be honest, direct, hardworking and sociable. They are our values, so it will be handy if you live and breathe them.
You should also be able to get to grips with a Mac, it’s our tool of choice alongside lots of cloud based applications like Google Drive. Now is a great time to join our team as we’ve just celebrated our 10th birthday and are gathering some real momentum.
