You have experience working with data, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, or SQL
You have experience building dashboards and visualizations for different stakeholder groups and see them as products, not one-time deliverables
You are able to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them confidently in written and verbal formats
You have experience incorporating AI tools into research, analysis, reporting, and workflow development as a daily working partner
You are analytically curious: you ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly without waiting for formal training, and care more about outcomes than outputs
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities independently and building processes from scratch
You are naturally inclined to automate, improve, and simplify wherever possible
You have experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows
You have experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, or customer journey analysis
You have experience building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools
You have experience in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment
Get up to speed on Seer's analytics stack, tools, client portfolio, and internal processes
Complete onboarding, shadow existing work, and start building relationships across analytics, strategy, and client teams
Identify one quick win — a report, process, or visualization you can improve right away
Own your first client-facing deliverable end to end, from data pull to presentation
Begin contributing AI-assisted workflows or automations that improve how the team works
Develop a working understanding of at least two client accounts and their measurement needs
Operate independently on projects with limited direction, bringing solutions not just questions
Have at least one scalable system, dashboard, or tool in production that creates lasting value
Be a visible contributor to Seer's analytics practice — sharing ideas, improving processes, and helping shape what AI-native analytics looks like here
Total compensation for this role is 65,000-70,000
Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
