ArmstrongB2B® is a 55 strong, multidisciplinary agency that offers strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D, animation, photography, video & motion from a single source. We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

The agency is looking for a professional, trustworthy and detail-focussed Office Manager to join our expanding and ambitious team. You will have worked in a similar role previously and have experience of managing a high-spec office, upholding extremely high presentation standards and providing a top-level experience for customers, visitors and colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining the premises, and supporting our Operations team in delivering the goals of the agency.

The could either be on a full time 40h per week basis (830am-5pm Mon-Fri) or a job share 27.5h per week basis (8-130/1230-6).

Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City centre offices.

  • Managing the front desk & reception area, taking calls and directing general enquiries
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards across the office, social areas and meeting rooms
  • Providing a first-class visitor experience for our high-value clients
  • Diary management for senior team members
  • Booking business travel and assisting the Operations team with general administration
  • Key-holder responsibility
  • Ordering and maintaining office and agency supplies
  • Responsibility for building maintenance and managing contractor relationships
  • Building relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Organisation of social activities on- and off-site
  • Taking responsibility as First Aider & Fire Marshall where appropriate (training provided)
  • Minimum 2y experience in an Office Manager/Front of House role
  • You should be confident, professional and trustworthy
  • High attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Strong standards of communication both verbal and written

Salary £28,000- £32,500 depending on experience
