About the Role

This is a key hire for Edison Media. You will play a central role in delivering exceptional results for our clients and helping to shape the next stage of our growth.

You will join a talented and ambitious team that believes in performance-driven creativity and real results. This is not an organic social or influencer role. The focus is performance marketing, and experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and PPC (Google Ads) is essential.

This is a hybrid position, based three days per week in our Manchester office. Collaboration and culture are core to who we are, so being part of our in-office team is important.

What You Will Do

As a Paid Media Manager, you will plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of client accounts, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and deliver measurable growth.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and managing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Monitoring campaign performance and proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Conducting high-quality analysis and producing clear, actionable reports
  • Using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other tools to guide data-led decisions
  • Supporting creative testing through audience insights and competitor research
  • Crafting effective ad copy, keyword strategies and campaign structures
  • Developing easy-to-use dashboards and reports for both clients and internal use
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and attending meetings, reviews and industry events
  • Collaborating with the wider Edison Media team to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels

What We Are Looking For

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on paid media performance
  • At least three years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Confident analysing performance data and turning insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing
