Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We’re looking for a bright, ambitious Senior Paid Media & SEO Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing agency team at ArmstrongB2B®. Based in our Chester office, you’ll play a key role in delivering performance-led digital marketing campaigns for a wide range of exciting B2B clients.

Are you a digital marketer with a solid foundation in paid advertising and a working grasp of SEO? This could be the ideal next step in your career an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, award-winning B2B marketing agency. 

In this dual-focus role, you’ll spearhead the planning, implementation, and fine-tuning of digital campaigns. You’ll play a lead role in PPC while also supporting SEO strategy and performance. Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborating with senior strategists to enhance the agency’s PPC delivery. 
  • Assisting in the management of paid media strategy and end-to-end PPC campaigns. 
  • Actively managing and optimising campaign performance across Google Ads and other platforms. 
  • Creating insightful reports to demonstrate ROI and performance to clients. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, offering clarity and support around their campaign metrics and objectives. 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC (must-have) and knowledge of SEO (strongly preferred). 
  • Background in a digital or creative agency environment. 
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads. 
  • Awareness of SEO strategy and best practices — even if you haven’t managed SEO campaigns directly. 
  • Eagerness to develop your expertise in both paid and organic search. 
  • Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and campaign updates. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative and strategy departments. 
  • Familiarity with industry-standard platforms such as GA4, Google Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
