NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Account Assistant (PR & IM) (Beauty) Requirements *Intermediate level of English. *Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field. *Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shops, and influencer campaign management tools. *Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and analytics tools (such as TikTok *Creator Center or HypeAuditor) is desirable. Activities *Operational support for administrative and logistical tasks of the Influencer Marketing team on TikTok Shop. *Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and task follow-ups. *Organize influencer databases, contracts, status updates, and KPIs. *Coordinate shipments, materials, evidence screenshots, and links. *Update internal tracking dashboards and deliverables. *Support logistics for workshops, calls, or activations. Skills *Profile in training *Administrative skills; organized and solution-oriented. *Cross-functional team support.
