**As an Accountant, you’ll maintain accurate financial records, drive timely closes, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS while supporting audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements for a high-growth, innovation-led organization.
Record, classify, and reconcile transactions across AP, AR, payroll, and journals
Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for bank, vendors, customers, and GL accounts
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and support tax filings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports under GAAP/IFRS
Support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjustments
Provide accurate data and variance insights for budgeting and forecasting
Partner with external auditors; prepare schedules and supporting documentation
Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting best practices
Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
Effective written and verbal communication in English (intermediate/advanced)
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, integrity, and confidentiality
