5+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or creative environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity
A strong portfolio that showcases a blend of conceptual thinking, design craft, and digital experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital production processes
A refined eye for typography, layout, and composition
Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in articulating your ideas and direction
An entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach to problem solving
Passion for innovation, storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries
