Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Desire to be a strong support for projects big and small.
Excited about getting deep into research & data.
Able to multi-task, while still maintaining a high level of detail and follow through.
Knowledge of digital outlets and social channels, and experience tailoring briefs and strategies accordingly.
Ability to get involved with internal teams and provide insights.
PASSION for advertising and marketing, with an insatiable appetite to learn.
Contribute as an integral part of all the client work from the beginning stages through execution to identify opportunities and provide strategic direction (both internally and with clients).
Perform the necessary research to come to these insights.
Create strategic direction in the form of briefs, decks, and presentations.
