Minimum three (3) years of previous agency and/or production company or post-production company experience.
Must have strong knowledge of video and radio production and feel very comfortable bidding, scheduling, and producing projects without supervision.
Critically important to have excellent organizational skills, and to be extremely detail oriented. Also must be able to see the big picture, and how details impact it.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently, working under tight deadlines.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills; critically important to have excellent ability to anticipate problems and clearly articulate creative solutions.
Strong working knowledge of SAG/AFTRA talent rules.
Working knowledge of the music creation/acquisition landscape, including music copyright, licensing, and legal parameters.
Strong ability to recognize, identify, and avert any and all potential legal issues.
Strong interpersonal relations skills, with ability to consistently display a professional demeanor, stay cool under pressure, and handle strong personalities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Team player, collaborator, and open mind to finding efficient and effective ways to work.
Automotive production experience is a plus.
