What you’ll do

As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all marketing clients, leading communication across SEO, PPC and UX projects. You’ll manage onboarding, run discovery sessions, and support the creation of campaign strategies. You’ll host monthly reporting meetings, keep clients updated, and identify ways to improve results or grow accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage KPIs, track performance, and solve any issues before they escalate. You’ll also help manage team workload, check the quality of deliverables, and make sure projects stay on track and within budget.

Your day to day

  • Act as the first point of contact for all marketing clients
  • Lead onboarding and discovery sessions for new projects
  • Support SEO, PPC and UX teams in setting KPIs and building campaign strategies
  • Run monthly reporting calls and quarterly strategy reviews
  • Keep clients informed on progress via email, video and in-person updates
  • Identify and address client issues to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Work with internal teams to manage workload, budgets and timelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and spot opportunities to scale results
  • Review and approve marketing outputs for quality and accuracy
  • Communicate updates and outcomes to senior management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide relevant campaign data
  • Raise web requests in line with client needs and priorities
  • Work with the Finance Manager to track client payments and pause work if needed
  • Handle client complaints and work towards positive resolutions
  • Identify and support upsell opportunities with the wider team

Knowledge and Experience

  • Agency or client-facing marketing experience
  • Strong grasp of SEO, PPC and digital campaigns
  • Confident leading client meetings and updates
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools
  • Skilled in in-depth reporting and analysis
  • Used to working with KPIs and tracking results
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Comfortable handling issues and finding solutions
