THE ROLE
We're looking for a Denver based Creative Production Manager who can architect global workflows while rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless delivery. You'll own the high-volume workstreams for streaming clients, lead global teams, and be the strategic partner our streaming clients rely on for operational excellence.
What You'll Own
Operational Delivery & Performance: Drive the end-to-end delivery of 2-3 workstreams. Challenge the status quo by identifying automation opportunities and workflow improvements that scale.
Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of 4–8 Production Coordinators. Collaborate with fellow managers to sync production talent with the right workstreams, ensuring we hit every deadline in our 24/7 global model.
**Client Partnership: **Serve as the lead client contact for multiple workstreams, driving strategic meetings, proactively managing workstream risks, and identifying high-value expansion opportunities.
Workstream Profitability: Champion workstream profitability and oversee financial forecasts, quotes, and billing.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
You have…
Strategic client partner experience, with a track record of adding value beyond execution
5+ years in operations or account management
Enterprise-level campaign/creative production management
Technical proficiency. Expert in Google Sheets/Excel for data-led analysis and an AI-forward mindset
Data-driven decision-making experience
Demonstrable experience in inspiring people leadership, preferably managing global distributed teams
Streaming industry or entertainment industry background
Advanced level knowledge of Jira or similar tooling for workflow and resource management software
