Our CRM and Customer Engagement team helps organisations design journeys that work across email, SMS, loyalty programmes, and in-store touchpoints. Based from our Gennep office, you will work on discovery workshops, journey mapping, and implementation roadmaps for mid-market and enterprise clients.
A typical project starts with stakeholder interviews and a review of existing data, channels, and tooling. You translate findings into actionable recommendations: segmentation logic, consent flows, campaign calendars, and KPI frameworks. During delivery you partner with our data analysts and MarTech specialists to configure platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Emarsys.
You are not expected to code daily, but you should understand how CRM systems connect to CDPs, analytics, and paid media. Your impact shows up in higher retention, cleaner data, and teams that can run campaigns without constant agency support.
