We're hiring strong CSC Consultants — with the delivery instincts and communication skills to match — into a structured Train-to-Deploy program for Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager implementations. What you do need is a track record of owning outcomes on complex platform or product initiatives, the judgment to make sound calls with incomplete information, and a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on new tools. Successful candidates complete a structured enablement program and deploy onto live client projects within 20-30days.
**
Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to map current-state processes against the target platform (Workfront or Adobe Experience Manager), translating business needs into configuration requirements.
Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and configuration documentation that a delivery team can build against.
Configure and validate platform components — queues, workflows, templates, and reporting (Workfront) or components, templates, and asset workflows (Adobe Experience Manager) — under guidance during ramp, independently post-certification.
Manage relationships with client stakeholders across business and technical functions, including executive-level updates on rollout status, risks, and decisions needed.
Drive user adoption and change management activities — training sessions, Standard Operating Procedures, and go-live support — for end users transitioning to the new platform.
Participate in the internal enablement program: complete platform certification tracks, shadow senior consultants, and progressively take ownership of client workstreams.
Identify and escalate integration or technical dependencies (for example, Workfront Fusion or Adobe Experience Manager–Digital Asset Management connections) to technical leads.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Consultant, or in client-facing System Integrator (SI) or consulting delivery (implementation, rollout, or managed support), ideally with exposure to developer platforms and ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and/or media/content creation workflows.
A clear, compelling communication style, highly effective when presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with peers.
The ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals through influence rather than formal authority.
Sharp analytical judgment that turns complex, multi-source information into sound product and delivery decisions.
A bias toward action — delivering tangible outcomes with the people and resources at hand.
A track record of leading large, complex programs through ambiguity and organizational change.
Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment desirable.
Demonstrated proficiencies in making data-driven recommendations and drive decisions
Demonstrated requirements-gathering and workshop-facilitation experience with external clients.
Strong written documentation skills — Standard Operating Procedures, process flows, configuration and design documents.
Executive-level presentation and stakeholder-management experience.
Working understanding of the marketing campaign and content lifecycle — campaign planning, digital marketing channels, content creation workflows, and content delivery/activation across channels — gained through marketing operations, content operations, agency delivery, or a martech platform role.
Hands-on experience with at least ONE of the following:
An enterprise Project and Work Management platform similar to Workfront — for example, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet Enterprise, Microsoft Project Online, Wrike, Monday.com Enterprise, or a mature enterprise Jira/Asana rollout.
An enterprise Content Management System or Digital Asset Management platform — for example, Sitecore, Contentful, Optimizely/Episerver, Drupal Enterprise, WordPress VIP, Bynder, Widen, Aprimo, Brandfolder, or OpenText.
A track record of quickly ramping onto a new enterprise platform.
Exposure to Representational State Transfer (REST) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) integrations or middleware (supports Workfront Fusion / Adobe Experience Manager integration work later).
Basic Structured Query Language (SQL) or Business Intelligence reporting tool experience (dashboards, data queries).
Change management or user-adoption experience on a prior platform rollout.
Direct experience running or supporting a marketing campaign end-to-end — planning through content activation and performance reporting.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or similar process certification.
Any prior Adobe solution exposure (AEM,WF,Analytics, Target, Campaign).
Agency or brand-side content operations background (useful for Adobe Experience Manager Assets / Digital Asset Management).
Familiarity with a campaign or marketing automation platform — for example, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo.
