As a Delivery Lead, you will serve as the cornerstone of our production and operations, orchestrating delivery excellence across the organization. This multifaceted role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly balance high-quality product output, financial profitability, and optimal resource management. Working in tight partnership with Account, Finance, and Sales teams, you will drive operational efficiency, champion AI adoption, and cultivate a high-performing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Project Excellence

Product Quality: Orchestrate production processes to drive overall delivery excellence. Proactively mitigate and manage project escalations, and productize offerings against point solutions.

Scope & Financial Control: Act in a dual responsibility alongside Account teams to define and manage scopes of work. Strictly control project burn, manage profitability, and enforce timesheet accuracy.

AI & Innovation Adoption: Drive the adoption of AI tools and workflows. Innovate project quoting methods and prioritize the hiring of AI- and automation-savvy talent.

Margin & In-House Optimization: Maximize in-house margins by implementing a centralized "hub" strategy. Enable fluid resource sharing across teams and projects, and oversee smart vendor deals and rostering.

Enablement & Scaling

Team Margin Management: Partner with Account and Finance leadership to operationalize staffing strategies at the pod, COE, and client levels, ensuring a healthy balance of revenue and cost trends. Rightsize the business on a monthly basis.

Sales Operations Support: Assist Finance and Sales teams with future-proof modeling and roundtables. Monitor the incoming deal pipeline to orchestrate the timely scaling and hiring of teams, and accurately forecast staffing needs.

Process & Standards: Maintain impeccable operational data accuracy. Drive team efficiency through process simplification, optimized tooling, standardized playbooks, and structured Ways of Working (WOW) agreements.

Program Management: Foster a culture of success through team development, cross-department connections, clear communication, robust training, and streamlined onboarding.

Resourcing & Bandwidth Optimization

Strategic Resource Management: Guarantee high "casting quality" by matching the right talent to the right work based on skills, salary, seniority, availability, and budget—all while aligning with tight delivery timelines. Ensure neutral, data-driven prioritization that balances quality, speed, and cost.

Bandwidth Optimization: Maintain deep visibility into team availability to optimize utilization across disciplines and global regions. Actively reduce operational waste, including idle time, team burnout, and unnecessary external spending.

Talent Strategy & Trend Spotting: Inform operational decisions regarding hiring, rehoming, and talent exits ahead of time. Spot recurring trends in talent performance, emerging needs, and skill mismatches.

Temp Workforce Oversight: Build and maintain a top-tier roster of external/temporary talent and efficiently manage all related approval requests.
