We are seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead and project manage our largest and most complex customer deployments. As the primary point of contact for select accounts, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver successful, timely, and high-impact integration projects. You’ll partner closely with customers, engineering, product, and solutions teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and deployment experience. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value, while also surfacing insights to improve our products and processes.
What you will do:
Own the end-to-end project management of large-scale customer deployments, from kickoff, successful go-live, and beyond
Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering, solutions, and product, to deliver on complex customer requirements
Lead regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle
Surface customer feedback and deployment insights to inform product and process improvements
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, engagement management, or a related field in technical SaaS environments
Experience working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and impact
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset
Compensation
The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package
