3–5+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or creative environment
A strong portfolio that demonstrates craft, taste, and experience across both digital and experiential work
A concept-driven mindset with the ability to think beyond the brief and across multiple touchpoints
Proficiency in industry-standard tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and a thoughtful approach to design challenges
Experience contributing to projects through execution, with a keen eye for detail and quality
Clear and confident communication skills across both internal teams and client interactions
A collaborative, low-ego approach and a genuine passion for creating impactful brand experiences
