Producing a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients;
Assisting in the development and implementation of online fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of text message communications calendars;
Delivering top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care;
Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services;
Working with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging content;
Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys;
Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines; and
Ability to communicate with and provide top-quality customer service to clients, including regular reporting, results analysis, content recommendations, and invoicing.

Up to 2 years experience contributing to text messaging programs at scale, preferably for political campaigns or nonprofits; and
Experience with texting platforms such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons.
