LGBT Foundation is a vibrant, values‑driven charity delivering life‑changing health and wellbeing services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities. With a national reach and a proud history of impact, we champion equality, amplify community voices, and work to ensure LGBTQ+ people can thrive.

Our Fundraising & Marketing Team is a small, collaborative group dedicated to increasing the visibility, influence and sustainability of the charity. Through digital mobilisation, impact storytelling, fundraising campaigns and brand‑building, we connect supporters with our mission and grow the movement for LGBTQ+ health and equality.

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in mobilising supporters, elevating our brand, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels.

You will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of impactful campaigns that spotlight community stories, influence public health conversations, and generate income to sustain our service.  You will ensure high standards of quality and performance across digital touchpoints, including website management, SEO/GEO optimisation and the effective use of analytics to inform continuous improvement.

This is a hands‑on, creative and strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading projects end‑to‑end, and is passionate about using digital marketing and communications to mobilise action and create meaningful change.

We are taking positive action to encourage applications from people of colour (PoC) and other racially minoritised communities, trans*, non-binary, and/or older people (aged 50+), to improve the representation of colleagues from these communities in our staff team.

*Trans is an umbrella & inclusive term used to describe people whose gender identity differs in some way from that which they were assigned at birth; including non-binary people, cross-dressers, and those who partially or incompletely identify with their sex assigned at birth.
