We are looking for a Digital Project Lead to join the Monks team. You will be the "Owner" of our web ecosystem, responsible for turning our digital properties into a high-performance lead generation engine. This role requires a hybrid profile: you have the strategic mindset of a Marketer, the organizational rigor of a Project Manager, and the technical literacy to talk "UI and Nuance" with our developers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Ecosystem Management: Lead the strategy and maintenance for s4capital.com, legacy sites, and microsites. You ensure every page aligns with our global "Monks" brand.

  • The Technical Bridge: You are the primary point of contact for developers. You’ll manage Jira sprints, prioritize tasks, and ensure technical debt doesn't compromise UI/UX.

  • Lead Gen & Growth: Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics to optimize the conversion path. Your success is measured by how well the website captures and flows leads into HubSpot.

  • Content Governance: You aren't just a gatekeeper; you are an enabler. You will train content creators across 5 regions, setting the standards for how we present our offering.

  • Website Relaunch: Play a leadership role in the upcoming site relaunch, ensuring we hit milestones without sacrificing quality or strategic alignment.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: You’ve spent 5+ years in a top-tier digital agency or a multinational corporation managing complex websites.

  • The "UI" Eye: You understand the difference between a dev-friendly build and a user-friendly interface. You can spot a UI misalignment from a mile away.

  • Strategic & Operational: You are comfortable presenting a 6-month roadmap to a Director, then jumping into the CMS to fix a case study layout or vet an SEO metadata update.

  • Local Market Context: You understand how to manage stakeholders across different time zones (specifically the LATAM/Global bridge) and have experience with international site structures.

  • Technical Stack: You aren't a coder, but you are a power user of web platforms like Drupal/WordPress, marketing software and CRMs like HubSpot, web data tools like GA4, and project management software like Jira.
