10+ years of production experience, with deep expertise in motion and video and live action
Experience overseeing integrated campaigns across motion, digital, and content
Strong track record managing complex productions and multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing
Leadership and mentorship experience supporting production teams
Strong client-facing communication skills
Experience working with agencies and top-tier brands
Ability to travel for shoots or activations as needed
Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
