What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and manage high-value integrated campaigns and productions across web, digital, social, animation, and content.

  • Partner closely with strategy, creative, and technology leads to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.

  • Lead client communications at a senior level, setting expectations, managing priorities, and building long-term trust.

  • Oversee multiple project teams, providing mentorship, leadership, and structure.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets—often $500K+—ensuring efficiency and profitability.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions that enhance delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Provide guidance on resourcing, workflow, and process optimization across the production department.

  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities for organic client expansion and contributing to new business pitches.

  • Collaborate with leadership on financial forecasting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives across studios.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated production or similar senior production roles within an agency or studio environment.

  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects (web, social, animation, experiential, and content).

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.

  • Strong client management experience, with the ability to present, negotiate, and lead at the executive level.

  • Deep understanding of the digital production process, including CMS, APIs, and UX/UI best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with large budgets ($500K–$1M+) and multi-phase project delivery.

  • Experience mentoring producers and managing teams across multiple time zones and locations.

  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling systems.

  • A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset—able to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
