We are looking for a freelance, hybrid Freelance Content Creator, Community Manager, and Project Manager to join our team and lead a project for Always On social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads). This person will be responsible for the end-to-end project management, from leading timelines and client relations to creating content calendars, writing copy, and coordinating with the internal creative teams.
The role will report to and be under the supervision of the Content Lead, who will guide strategic implementation and format updates. The profile will have ad-hoc support from a content assistant whenever the workload or client requests require it. Constant communication with Madrid's project management team.
Schedule:
Project Management and Client Relations
Project Leadership: Act as the main Point of Contact (POC) for the client, ensuring a smooth communication flow and strict compliance with all delivery deadlines.
Status Calls: Prepare and lead the weekly status call with the client (Fridays at 12:00 PM) to present internal proposals and calendars for final approval.
Request Management: Handle emails and activate client requests with the content team (such as sourcing global toolkits or pushing editorial playlists).
Campaigns/extra requirements: Lead and coordinate the execution of any specific campaigns/activations located in the local market. This will be assigned considering the workload in the specific moment.
** Content Creation and Planning (Content Creator)**
Weekly and Monthly Calendars: Develop content calendars delivered weekly to the client, while maintaining an internal monthly forecast and structure to ensure a balanced distribution of content throughout the month.
Copywriting: Write the copy for all posts (Brand Love, artist-focused copy, New Music Fridays, etc.) tailored to the required platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads (content on Threads will strictly replicate X). Languages: Polish and English.
Reactivity: Quickly integrate copy revisions, last-minute changes, and new priorities that frequently arise from the client side.
**RTM: **Proposal of at least 2 reactive contents per month related to trends or conversations in Poland.
** Community Management and Quality Assurance (QA)**
Social Monitoring: Conduct daily reviews of social channels to detect unexpected conversations or brand mentions, as well as support with reactive publishing when necessary.
**QA (Pre & Post Publishing): **Verify that scheduled content exactly matches client-approved material (typos, artist names, and @ handles), publish successfully, confirm with the team that everything is live, and monitor comments/DMs for any immediate issues.
CM: Propose and execute social media comments to engage with artists and fans following the brand guidelines.
Internal Team Coordination (Design and Video)
Quality Control (QC): Lead the quality control of deliverables from the creative team, ensuring assets meet the requirements before presenting them in Friday's calendar.
Content Management: Prepare social media content calendars and take full ownership of the brand's tone of voice.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media "always-on" retainers and campaign management.
Culture Specialist: Must be highly plugged into Polish culture and on top of local news/trends.
Production Workflow: Ability to coordinate with creative teams and designers to deliver assets.
Client Management: Act as the primary Polish-speaking point of contact for the client; must be proactive and responsive.
Workflow Oversight: Manage daily priorities, task delivery, and the internal workflow between the agency and the client.
Execution: Handling "hands-on" delivery of social content and posting.
