THE ROLE

We are seeking skilled English speaking copywriters who live in Brazil to craft and refine synopses for one of the world’s largest streaming platforms. Ideal candidates are native English speakers with an advanced level of Brazilian, deep knowledge of Brazilian culture, and professional experience in the streaming and entertainment industry. You’ll watch shows/movies in Brazilian Portuguese and write synopses for them in English. In addition, you’ll implement feedback following multiple rounds of review. This is a pilot project that will likely turn into regular, consistent work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native English speaker

  • High level of Brazilian language

  • Live in Brazil

  • 2 years of professional copywriting experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Can provide a portfolio or samples of your work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience writing synopses of shows or movies.

  • Comfortable working on JIRA, an asset management tool.

40 USD per show episode

131 USD per film

129 USD per TV series level synopses

PAYMENT

We settle invoices through Wise or by bank transfer at the end of month following the month of the invoice.
