**ABOUT THE ROLE: **
We’re looking for an organised, product-minded agency professional to work closely with the Head of Product to help develop, position, sell and deliver innovative agency products.
You’ll help keep product work moving from development through to pitch, pilot and delivery, working across strategy, creative, technology and delivery teams. This is a hands-on coordination and enablement role — bringing structure to the work, supporting commercial opportunities and helping teams understand and use our products.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **
Helping to pitch products and innovative solutions, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable in a client-facing role.
Coordinate product plans, roadmaps, meetings, workshops and key actions.
Track milestones, owners, deadlines, risks and dependencies.
Work across teams to keep product development moving.
Create and maintain product materials including one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks, briefs, demos and case studies.
Help teams understand products and communicate their value clearly.
Support pitches, proposals, demos and client opportunities.
Track opportunities and help move them from initial interest through to pilot or delivery.
Support onboarding, implementation and handover.
Capture feedback from teams and users and feed this back into product development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
2–4 years’ experience in strategy, project/delivery, account management, innovation, operations or product.
Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Commercial confidence and experience supporting pitches or client work.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI, technology and innovative product development.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
You don’t need to be a technical expert — you need to be curious, credible and able to quickly understand and communicate the value of a product.
A junior strategist or delivery coordinator with strong writing, commercial confidence and genuine interest in innovative products could be a great fit.
