What you'll be doing

As part of our studio, you'll be delivering high-quality motion graphics and leveraging AI to create ads, content and experiences for major clients. You’ll contribute to large-scale production outputs across a mix of accounts.

• Deliver polished, production-ready motion work and AI-led creative outputs at pace
• Interrogate briefs and storyboards, identifying creative and technical issues before they become problems
• Work within our established AI workflows and pipelines
• Present work confidently
• Share your knowledge and help the team around you level up

What we're looking for

• Strong motion craft; After Effects and Premiere Pro are second nature; editing & grading knowledge is a serious bonus
• Demonstrable knowledge of generative AI platforms and production workflows; Kling, Seedance and Veo knowledge is desirable
• The ability to work on complex projects without losing quality or pace
• A communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain English for clients and colleagues alike
• Someone who embraces new tools and sees them as a way to raise the bar
• Detail-obsessed and organised
• Resilient, curious and hungry for knowledge; you learn continuously and share what you find
