About the Role   WebFX is seeking a candidate for our Sales team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of inside sales experience, and is excited about selling digital marketing services in an agency setting. We are committed to growing 1% better every day, and we believe working at WebFX could quite possibly make your life 1(00)% better - after all, you would be surrounded by the #BestCoworkersinPA!   The Job Responsibilities: What You'll Do   Prospective Client Communication (About 60% of your day)   -Accept inbound calls from prospective clients and communicate with them throughout the sales cycle (no cold calling involved!) -Vet prospective clients to evaluate their potential as a mutual agency/client fit -Follow-up with sales prospects with the goal of converting them into clients   Proposal Development and Presentation (About 30% of your day)   -Learn WebFX's list of products and services with the goal of matching them to a client's needs -Develop web marketing strategies for pitch meetings with prospective clients -Present proposals to prospective and existing clients (mostly via phone/video calls, but occasionally in-person) -Develop marketing strategies and build unique client recommendations based on needs discussed in client calls   Sales Research and New Material Development (About 10% of your day)   -Research current clients to uncover data points and form case studies for use in the sales process -Develop new and updated sales materials for use in the sales process   The Benefits: What You'll Get   Opportunities to Learn and Train with Our Team -Initial "bootcamp" training program to learn foundational hard skills -Ongoing advanced training sessions from industry experts as you progress -Regular team Lunch-and-Learns in our on-site training amenities   A Place to Grow Your Career -All our roles include a built-in, upward promotional path within WebFX -Merit-based promotions are abundant for new team members who meet or exceed performance metrics -Regular 1-on-1 check-ins with a manager to support career growth   Potential promotional path for Inbound Sales Specialist: Associate Web Strategist Associate Lead Strategy Consultant Lead Strategy Consultant Sr. Web Strategy Consultant   In-Person Experience Alongside Our Team of Industry Experts -This position is based fully in-office at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA, with opportunities for this to evolve as Fxers advance in their career tenure.   Compensation Negotiable
