In This Role, You’ll Get To… -Provide technical support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware -Respond promptly to queries either in-person and via email -Educate team members on technology and walk them through the problem-solving process -Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software -Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems -Maintain the performance of computer systems -Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks (WiFi), and other systems -Install and configure new Windows and Mac workstations -Create new accounts for incoming team-members -Support online software configuration and answer team member questions -Document new processes and effectively communicate them to team-members A Typical ‘Day in the Life’ Might Consist of: 10% researching, implementing, and documenting team-wide process improvements 30% creating and managing team-member accounts 60% performing Help Desk support, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with team members to find solutions 100% pursuing your own personal best while delivering real-world impact for our clients!
