Junior Commercial Project Manager - Client Enablement

JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Technology Business Unit, based in the vibrant city of Skopje. Our modern office is home to a diverse and talented team of over 100 professionals across various disciplines, including experts in Technology, Data, Motion Design, Marketing, and SRE.

Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive Commercial Excellence: Support strategic initiatives within the Client Enablement team to empower top client management, fuel growth, and measure business impact.

Improve Pipeline Data Quality: Champion data discipline within Salesforce and managed reporting. You will help drive sub-projects under the “Project Pipeline” workstream alongside the Commercial Project Manager.

Deliver Actionable Reporting: Leverage DEPT®’s CRM (Salesforce) and data management tools (Power BI) to produce accurate, insightful reports, including weekly sales closing decks and key inputs for Exec QBRs and Board meetings.

Uncover Growth Opportunities: Mine data and insights from Client Account Plans to inform strategic reporting and shape a Content & Collateral agenda that supports commercial growth.

Empower Client Teams: Support Client Enablement initiatives designed to reduce administrative burdens for client-facing teams by providing effective tools and resources.

Create High-Impact Materials: Collaborate with Craft Leads to develop credentials, Go-To-Market (GTM) materials, and build engaging presentations for initiatives like T25 Growth Monthly and Bootcamp sessions.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as a central connector, interfacing with diverse teams across the business—including Finance, Client Service, Sales Operations, and Craft Leads at all levels.

Adapt to New Challenges: Take the lead on new, rotating strategic initiatives throughout the year based on shifting business requirements, creating continuous value across commercial data and business impact projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong Project management skills, able to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end

  • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving and decision making abilities and high adaptability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with team members and external partners at all levels

  • Good understanding of commercial data & finance

  • Good analytical and reporting skills

  • A passion for AI and Innovation and how it pertains to disrupting the industry and workflows.

  • Strong usage of Google suite
