Own the planning, coordination, and execution of internal marketing initiatives across Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist.
Build and maintain project timelines, workbacks, schedules, and deliverable tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, social, business development, HR, and leadership.
Manage the production of marketing assets including case studies, thought leadership content, social campaigns, award submissions, speaking engagements, events, newsletters, and website updates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing needs, proactively driving solutions.
Partner with creative teams to help prioritize workloads and keep deliverables moving efficiently.
Support agency award programs, industry events, conference submissions, and speaking opportunities.
Assist with content calendar planning and campaign execution across multiple channels.
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, production partners, and event organizers as needed.
Help establish and improve marketing workflows, processes, and documentation.
3–7+ years of experience in project management, production, marketing operations, account management, or a related role within an agency, brand, or production environment.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Comfortable working with timelines, budgets, scopes, and project plans.
Familiarity with digital marketing, content production, social media, events, and creative workflows.
Experience using project management tools such as Forecast, Asana, Monday, Jira, Wrike, or similar platforms.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Agency experience.
Experience producing social content and campaigns.
Familiarity with award submissions such as Cannes Lions, The Webby Awards, One Show, Clio Awards, or similar programs.
Experience coordinating conferences, speaking engagements, or industry events.
Knowledge of digital product, creative, content, or experiential production workflows.
