Requisitos e Qualificações
Sólida experiência com redes sociais, gestão de calendários criativos e produção de peças (assets).
Ideias social-first: profundo entendimento das plataformas digitais e formatos sociais (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok e YouTube).
Concepção e desdobramento visual de campanhas criativas para uma plataforma de e-commerce com foco em moda.
Conhecimento e experiência na produção de conteúdo gerado por Inteligência Artificial (IA) para redes sociais.

Boa comunicação em inglês, tanto falada quanto escrita.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições
Entregar projetos dentro dos prazos acordados para atingir as metas.
Sólidas habilidades de organização e capacidade de priorizar a carga de trabalho para cumprir prazos simultâneos, gerenciando o fluxo entre contas e suas respectivas equipes.
Assumir um papel ativo na gestão do calendário criativo e supervisionar a produção de ponta a ponta (end-to-end) de peças digitais (assets).
Ser capaz de adaptar a identidade visual existente da marca ou desenvolver novas propostas visuais.
Ter a habilidade de adaptar ideias para as redes sociais em tempo real.
Trabalhar lado a lado com a equipe de Social Media para propor ideias para as publicações da grade contínua (always-on).
Localizar/Tropicalizar assets (vídeos e imagens), seguindo as diretrizes (guidelines) de cada material.
