The Senior Business Process Analyst will tackle large-scale challenges within internal projects, collaborating closely with engineers, finance and accounting professionals, and technical business analysts as a subject matter expert. This role involves developing strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding business ecosystems, and managing process implementation activities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skillset that integrates accounting/finance experience, robust reporting and project management abilities, along with expertise in process mapping.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with teams of engineers, accounting and finance professionals, and technical business analysts to define and design efficient internal processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand project ecosystems and identify where solutions will be implemented.
Process Design & Mapping: Proficiently define and map processes and workflows to ensure finance teams have clear, actionable guidance.
Problem Solving: Address large-scale challenges in our internal projects and navigate ambiguous situations to comprehend new business domains.
Innovation & Feedback: Stay up to date on new technologies and tools relevant to the work performed at Monks, providing constructive ideas to improve processes and practices.
Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of various initiatives assigned by your supervisor, product management, or their designee, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of accounting/finance experience and/or experience implementing ERP systems.
Technical Knowledge: Mandatory experience with NetSuite. Prior experience in ERP implementations or Salesforce is a significant plus.
Project Expertise: Proven track record of managing technical projects and finance-oriented workflows.
