Build productive client relationships and provide clear recommendations when priorities, timing or capacity conflict.
Consolidate feedback, resolve operational ambiguity and escalate only when client direction or approval is genuinely required.
Maintain senior oversight of producer-level QA, version control, asset packaging and delivery requirements.
Monitor service levels and operational performance, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
Develop reporting around volume, turnaround times, capacity, workflow health and team performance.
Support team onboarding, training and retention of program-specific knowledge.
Partner with creative, editorial and technical leaders to maintain quality without slowing delivery.

Strong capacity-planning, resource-management, trafficking and delivery-management skills.
Experience leading and developing producers, project managers or other operational team members.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of creative and technical QA.
Ability to operate autonomously, make informed decisions and navigate ambiguity.
Experience partnering across regions, time zones and organizational functions.
Ability to distinguish critical issues from lower-priority feedback and provide practical resolution paths.

Clear executive communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Interest in AI, emerging technology and production innovation.
Ability to support a nontraditional operating model and participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.
This is a hybrid leadership role supporting a global, shift-based production model. The Operations Director will oversee teams working across early morning, evening, overnight and other nontraditional schedules.
