WE ARE HIRING:
Procurement Assistant Requisitos : Licenciatura en Negocios, Comercio, Administración o afín. 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en Procurement, Compras o gestión de proveedores. Experiencia trabajando con volúmenes altos de información y operaciones simultáneas. Manejo de Excel; deseable experiencia con SAP u otros ERP. Organización, sentido de urgencia, capacidad analítica y orientación a soluciones. Actividades: Gestión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra y solicitudes de gastos. Alta, actualización y seguimiento de proveedores. Seguimiento de tickets, correos electrónicos y solicitudes de diferentes departamentos. Actualización y control de archivos y registros administrativos. Apoyo en actividades administrativas relacionadas con el área de Compras y Procurement.
