JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
Assists the Project Manager in preparing the project budget estimates to deliver solution that will address the business requirements
Supports the Project Manager to plan the project schedule, and book / hire the necessary resources to deliver the projects (e.g. customer experience, business transformation, creative campaigns, etc.)
Execution
Co-manage multi-cultural. multi-location, cross-functional (strategy, experience design, technology, creative, etc.) teams and clients, to drive the project to success
Helps the Scrum Master in running the sprint activities (i.e. sprint planning, daily standups, product backlog grooming & estimation, sprint reviews, sprint retrospective, etc.)
Control
Identify, assess, manage project risks, and plan and execute mitigation strategies
Track all the user stories/features/tasks/issues using tools like JIRA and Confluence
**Documentation **
Writing Business Requirements Document and/or Functional Specifications Document
Writing user stories in JIRA and ensure alignment with the project teams and client
Product Management
Assists the project manager in managing the product backlog and prioritizing items in the backlog
Supports the project manager to ensure we are delivering a product/service that is addressing the business needs / requirements
