Principais Responsabilidades:
Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente: Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, atuando como principal ponto de contato para projetos digitais.
**Gestão de Projetos: **Supervisionar a execução bem-sucedida de projetos digitais, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo e do orçamento estabelecidos.
Colaboração com Equipes Internas: Coordenar com as equipes de criação, desenvolvimento e estratégia para assegurar a entrega fluida dos projetos.
Análise de Performance: Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas digitais, fornecendo insights e recomendações para otimização.
**Gestão de Orçamento: **Gerenciar os orçamentos dos projetos, garantindo a alocação eficiente de recursos para maximizar o impacto das campanhas.
**Conhecimento de Mercado: **Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências, plataformas e tecnologias do marketing digital para orientar os clientes com as melhores práticas.
Requisitos:
Experiência em marketing digital ou publicidade, com foco em gestão de clientes e execução de projetos.
Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês.
Conhecimento Digital: Sólido entendimento dos canais de marketing digital, incluindo redes sociais, mídia display e SEO/SEM.
Liderança: Capacidade comprovada de liderar e motivar equipes multidisciplinares para alcançar os objetivos dos projetos.
Foco no Cliente: Histórico de excelência no atendimento ao cliente e na manutenção de relacionamentos de longo prazo.
Pontos Importantes
É importante ter disponibilidade para atuar de maneira híbrida no escritório, 2 vezes por semana (São Paulo/SP - Vila Madalena).
É imprescindível ter inglês avançado/fluente pois lidará com times e clientes estrangeiros.
