****JOB PURPOSE **
We are looking for a structured and proactive Resource Coordinator to support project staffing, resource planning, and operational coordination across teams. The role is responsible for ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects while balancing workload, availability, and business priorities.
You will work closely with project managers, leads and operations to maintain efficient resource allocation and support smooth project delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate and maintain resource allocation across projects and teams
Monitor team capacity, utilization, and availability
Support project staffing and scheduling activities
Collaborate with project managers to forecast resource needs
Track vacation, leave, and workload planning
Maintain resource planning tools and reporting dashboards
Assist with onboarding and assignment coordination for new team members
Identify resource conflicts and propose solutions
Prepare weekly and monthly utilization reports
Support operational improvements and planning processes**
WHAT YOU'll BRING**
2–3 years of experience in resource coordination, operations, project support, or workforce planning
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with project planning or resource management tools
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong Excel or reporting skills
Professional proficiency in English
Danish language skills are an advantage but not required**
Experience in consulting, IT, engineering, or professional services
Familiarity with ERP, PSA, or project management systems
Understanding of capacity planning and utilization metrics
Creative or marketing production workflows
Tools such as Asana, Jira, Float, or Teamwork
Utilization and capacity reporting
Freelance/vendor coordination
Structured and detail-oriented
Collaborative and service-minded
Problem solver with strong coordination skills
Able to work independently and proactively
Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
