Designing, implementing and managing ad spend across campaigns, while having a full grasp of how different ad types work together to further our client’s goals
Monitoring daily trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands
Proactively communicating with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results
Working in a dynamic, time-intensive environment where competing priorities are commonplace

3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts for sponsored ads
2+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising Accounts for Amazon DSP
Experience working with or at a brand with $2M+ in annual ad budgets
Experience directly managing ads on retailers outside of Amazon (Walmart, Target, Criteo)
Experience with 3p campaign management providers (i.e. Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, Perpetua)
Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail
Great organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients
The ability to manage client expectations and priorities
Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts during monthly executive summaries or QBRs
A deep understanding of paid search, which includes campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and advanced knowledge of the different ad types
Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel
Experience working with a brand porftolio (collection of brands/sub-brands under one parent company)
Prior agency experience
Experience with marketshare measurement tools (i.e. Stackline, JungleScout, Helium10)
Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
Experience working with or at a brand with $25M+ in annual Amazon sales
Experience with areas of Amazon outside of paid media (content, logistics, catalog management, etc.)
The ability to explain nuances of full-funnel marketplace strategy clearly and concisely
