Senior Associate – People Advisory
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Associate, you will be a driver of engagement delivery with increasingly strong strategic insight. You will structure workstreams, manage teams, and deliver client-ready outputs while holding mid/senior-level client relationships. Engagements may include topics such as culture and leadership, organizational effectiveness, org design/operating model, talent/skills, and change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead defined workstreams or smaller engagements end-to-end, translating ambiguous client needs into structured approaches, actionable recommendations, and high-quality delivery
Develop and test client-relevant insights through research, benchmarking, stakeholder input, and quantitative/qualitative analysis
Own major portions of client-ready output, including research, benchmarking, deck development, and proposal materials, ensuring deliverables are clear, cohesive, executive-ready, and require minimal iteration
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with client teams, navigating stakeholder needs with empathy and professionalism and escalating risks/concerns appropriately
Confidently present conclusions and recommendations in client meetings and workshops, handling questions and challenges effectively
Plan the work for the team (workplans, milestones) while translating and incorporating senior leadership direction and requirements
Lead and develop junior team members through delegation, coaching, and quality assurance; contribute to feedback and development planning
Support business development and practice growth, including proposal development, IP contributions, pipeline support, and cross-team coordination
Qualifications
4–5 years’ relevant work experience, ideally within a consulting environment
Demonstrated interest in (and ideally experience with) people consulting work (e.g., culture, org design, leadership alignment, talent/skills, change)
Proven ability to deliver high-quality strategic output
Strong facilitation and client-handling skills; comfortable with mid/senior stakeholders
Demonstrated people leadership: delegation, coaching, and quality assurance
Excellent judgment under pressure; able to prioritize and drive progress amid ambiguity
Strong commercial judgement and ability to recognize client needs and broader business context
High discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive client topics

$130,000-150,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).
