Develop and write for integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and content
Concept big ideas in partnership with art directors and creative teams
Translate strategy into clear, compelling creative
Write across a range of formats including campaign platforms, scripts, social, web, and brand voice
Present work confidently to internal teams and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, design, and production
Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers and creatives
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints
5–8+ years of experience in a copywriting role at an agency or similar environment
A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
Proven ability to concept and execute ideas across multiple channels
Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and craft
Experience working on digital, social, and ideally experiential or brand activations
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach
Experience working with production teams across film, content, or experiential builds
Understanding of how ideas translate into interactive or technology-driven experiences
Experience mentoring junior team members
Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
