The Senior Designer is responsible for creating high-quality digital and CRM-focused creative solutions that support customer communications. This role combines strong visual design skills, production accuracy, and systems thinking to deliver engaging, scalable, and brand-consistent experiences across email, lifecycle marketing, and digital communication channels.
The Senior Designer plays a key role in supporting fast-paced, high-volume CRM initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring creative excellence across customer communications and digital touchpoints.
You Will:
Design high-quality digital and CRM creative assets, including email communications, lifecycle campaigns, promotional messaging, and customer engagement content
Translate strategic briefs into polished, scalable, and deployment-ready creative solutions
Work within established brand systems and templates while maintaining consistency and production accuracy
Create and adapt modular layouts and reusable design components in Figma
Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, developers, account teams, and CRM stakeholders
Ensure pixel-perfect execution and strong attention to detail across all deliverables
Manage multiple priorities and high-volume creative requests in a fast-paced environment
Support campaign versioning, personalization, and content variations across different business needs
Present and communicate design rationale clearly to internal stakeholders
Contribute to maintaining efficient workflows, creative consistency, and quality assurance processes
Support and mentor junior designers while contributing to team collaboration and creative excellence
You Have:
6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM creative, or email marketing design
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, CRM/email design, and brand system work
Advanced expertise in Figma including: components, shared libraries, auto-layout, modular systems and template-based workflows
Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and responsive digital design principles
Experience working within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems
Strong attention to detail and versioning/production accuracy, especially in high-volume environments
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively
Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1)
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, and similar platforms
Experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing or email marketing campaigns highly preferred
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
