Lead end-to-end production across integrated campaigns including digital, social, experiential, and various medium content
Oversee motion design and VFX projects, partnering closely with artists, directors, and post-production teams
Build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and shot trackers & resourcing plans
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring ideas to life
Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Lead internal teams and external partners including vendors, freelancers, and production crews
Identify risks early and proactively problem solve to keep projects on track
Ensure all deliverables meet Thinkingbox’s creative and production standards
Hands-on experience with motion design and VFX pipelines and workflows
Experience in production within an agency, studio, or production company
Strong integrated production experience across campaigns
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong understanding of budgeting, bidding, and scoping
Excellent communication and client management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience working with creative teams across design, motion, and technology
Experience producing experiential or interactive projects
Background working with global brands or large-scale campaigns
Familiarity with post-production tools and workflows
Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
