You will be the vital link between our client's business needs and the technical implementation of the Salesforce platform. You will lead discovery, design, and solutioning activities, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and providing hands-on guidance to the delivery team. Your expertise will be key to ensuring the strategic alignment of Salesforce projects with overarching business goals, maximising client value and platform adoption.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, helping them maximize their use of Salesforce for optimal business outcomes.
Lead Discovery and Requirements Gathering: Conduct high-impact workshops and interviews to elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements, translating them into clear, concise user stories and functional specifications.
Strategic Solution Design: Act as the Subject Matter Expert, designing scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions (declarative and custom) across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) that align with the client's strategic vision.
Technical/Functional Bridge: Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and Developers to ensure the design is technically feasible and adheres to best practices (e.g., governor limits, performance tuning).
Change Management and Adoption: Provide guidance on change enablement strategies to promote user adoption and ensure the successful transition of the solution into business-as-usual operations.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, integrating new knowledge into our delivery practice.
Delivery Oversight: Provide functional and solution leadership throughout the project lifecycle, promoting Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and expectations with senior business and IT stakeholders (up to C-level), providing expert advice, presenting solutions, and resolving functional escalations.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues related to scope, solution design, and user acceptance.
Quality Assurance: Define and support testing strategies (UAT, SIT) and ensure the final solution meets all business requirements and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Engineering, or similar)

4+ years of progressive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead Consultant role within a professional services or large enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in configuring and customising key Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and understanding their core data models.
Exceptional skills in process mapping, workshop facilitation, and transforming complex business problems into elegant, actionable Salesforce solutions.
Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform's capabilities and limitations, including declarative tools (Flow, Validation Rules) and an awareness of custom development (Apex, LWC).
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and familiarity with relevant integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
Proficiency in managing data migration strategies and governance within a Salesforce environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence executive stakeholders.
