Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
• Collaborate with the copywriting and design teams to ensure that social media content aligns with our overall content strategy
• Monitor and report on social media metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new approaches and tactics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a media or agency environment
• Able to develop and implement social media strategies that align with a brand’s overall goals and messaging
• Good experience in maintaining positive client relationships & regularly interacting with clients
• Strong writing and editing skills are essential; comfortable with creating engaging bilingual copy (Traditional Chinese and English)
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have a good understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and how to create engaging content on each of them
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and platforms, and be able to analyze data to optimize social media content and strategies
• Good presentation skills; able to give presentable presentations to clients and internal stakeholders fluently in Cantonese and English
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing and a strong understanding of digital media, digital channels and metrics best practices will be a plus
